This year’s Annual Hospital Church Service for Stroud Hospitals is being held on Sunday 16 October 2016 at 6.30 p.m. in Holy Trinity Church (next to Stroud General Hospital). The service offers an opportunity to celebrate the life and work of the hospital and is organised by the Chaplaincy Co-ordinator here at Stroud General Hospital, Revd. Dr. Alison Evans.
During this year’s service there will be updates on recent developments at Stroud Hospital and on the work of the League of Friends during the past year. The Supertroopers Stroud Age Concern Choir will be providing music and the service will include the recommissioning of the Hospital Chaplaincy Team.
The Guest Preacher is Father Frank Wainwright, Roman Catholic Chaplain to the Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Bishop’s Advisor for the Diocese of Clifton.
Everyone is invited and can be sure of a warm welcome with refreshments served after the service. Please do come along if you can.
